The Role & What You Will Be Doing                        

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference, and here’s how the Manager, Global HR Annual Cycles role will make an impact:

The Manager, HR Annual Cyclical Processes, is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of key global HR cycles (e.g., performance, compensation, and talent reviews), as well as other HR cyclical activities. This role is responsible for detailed planning, driving stakeholder alignment, and partnering with HRIT and HR Technology teams to successfully launch cycles in Workday.

The role also plays a critical part in translating cycle requirements into structured, repeatable playbooks that enable consistent, scalable delivery across the organization. The role will report to the Head of Global People Solutions, HR Annual Cycles, Process & Service Integration.

Cycle Delivery & Project Enablement

  • Lead and own relevant global cycle-related activities, as well as proactive follow-up with stakeholders on actions
  • Manage centralized intranet site for HR teams on cycle news and updates
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for each cycle activity
  • Facilitate working sessions to drive decisions and actions.
  • Escalate issues with recommended solutions
  • Partner with HR technology and IT team to execute enhancements and launch cycles in Workday
  • Coordinate readiness activities

Process Design & Playbook Development

  • Translate high-level HR business requirements into structured, executable processes, templates, and playbooks for HR teams
  • Standardize tools and ways of working to improve consistency and scalability
  • Continuously refining process/playbooks based on feedback and cycle learnings

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources or related field, and 5 + years of experience in HR / Project / HR Operations, roles—ideally with exposure to global matrix environments.
  • Experience with technology platforms (Workday), understanding of comp and performance methodologies, and HR annual cycles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, good system knowledge, and effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate complex, cross-functional projects in a global matrixed work environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. Demonstrated success in influencing across levels
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience in a People Solutions or HR Shared Services environment.
  • Collaborative working style with a focus on execution
