Job Summary:
Join NCR Voyix at our global headquarters as the Manager, Global Compensation. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs tailored for our publicly traded company. Your role will involve extensive collaboration with Finance and HR leadership to ensure our compensation strategies align with market trends and regulatory requirements, while also meeting the strategic objectives of the business. You will utilize your expertise in compensation to guide decisions and influence outcomes at the highest levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert in executive compensation, advising on best practices and providing consultancy to senior leadership and HR Business Partners in support of business objectives and talent strategy.
- Lead and manage the preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee, leveraging data analytics and market research to inform decision-making.
- Manage the comprehensive year-end compensation process across all levels of the organization, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity adjustments. Ensure alignment with budgetary constraints and strategic objectives to maintain competitiveness and internal equity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FLSA, pay equity laws, minimum wage compliance, and collective bargaining.
- Manage and refine processes for market intelligence tool, including data collection and interpretation to inform decision-making.
- Develop and manage executive compensation structures, including equity plans, annual and long-term incentives, and executive perks.
- Oversee the promotion cycle quarterly and biannual long-term incentive for the organization.
- Partner with external vendors to optimize compensation tools and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to automate and simplify compensation practices.
- Provide strategic guidance for compensation including training and communications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within e compensation processes and frameworks, identifying innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of experience in a compensation-focused role, with a substantial focus on compensation within publicly traded companies.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex executive compensation concepts and strategies to various stakeholders, including senior leadership and committee members.
- Strong experience in compensation strategy, market pricing, and salary structure design.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize plan design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to compensation.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence senior decision-makers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in compensation or related area (e.g., CCP, GRP).
- Experience managing global, regional and executive compensation programs.
- Familiarity with pay equity, compensation benchmarking surveys and tools.
