Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for new inventory processes and tools, including planning, objective setting, development, execution, and deployment in partnership with inventory, logistics, and other key stakeholders.
Synthesize complex data and enterprise analytics into clear leadership updates, reports, and presentations, defining and tracking KPIs to monitor performance, inform decisions, and continuously improve outcomes.
Develop job aids, training materials, communication plans, and knowledge articles in collaboration with Learning & Development, Retail Communications, IT, and business partners to ensure colleagues are confident and proficient with new tools and processes.
Drive change management and stakeholder influence by using metrics to monitor improvements, addressing implementation barriers, crafting communications for senior leaders and the field, and acting as a change agent who builds belief in new solutions.
Support strategic planning by creating strategies under Senior Manager guidance, setting timelines and accountabilities, leading cross-functional meetings with corporate and retail leaders, and championing innovation that balances growth with financial and operational risk.
Required Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in retail or a similar environment, with a proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex business models.
5+ years’ experience leading end-to-end initiatives (from strategy and planning through project management and launch), including creating new processes and technology solutions.
5+ years’ experience using root cause analysis and problem-solving to innovate operating procedures and drive optimal end-user experiences, while successfully leading through ambiguity.
5+ years’ experience leveraging strong communication and influence skills to collaborate with cross-functional team members and key stakeholders, including in a hybrid (remote/in-office) work environment

Advanced knowledge of change management techniques to drive adoption of new processes, with the flexibility to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years’ experience working in retail, inventory management, or in similar model.
8+ years’ experience demonstrating the ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
8+ years’ experience leveraging strong communication skills to effectively influence and collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
8+ years leading project management experience leading from inception to end of project launch.
8+ years’ experience launching creating technology solutions in a fast-paced environment (retail launch experience a plus)
Advanced skills using analytics tools such as SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
