Manager, FP&A - Wholesale

Who You Are:

You are hands-on, detailed-oriented, collaborative, and have exceptional communication skills. You are passionate about financial analysis and how it impacts critical business decisions. You are passionate about improving existing processes, ensuring consistency, and adapting to the needs of a complex and growing business. You are comfortable with interfacing directly with international departments, cross-functional partners, and executive management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee all US America Wholesale divisions monthly forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close
  • Analyze sales, margin, and operating expense trends for the Wholesale division
  • Consolidate US and CA Wholesale reporting to review total NA
  • Manage Global Production, Design and Merchandising expenses
  • Partner with divisional president and cross functional business partners to develop financial presentations to the CEO and other senior executives
  • Compile and Review Wholesale reports to prepare for the quarterly earnings release
  • Perform ad hoc projects and scenario analysis for Wholesale executives on an as needed basis
  • Manage and mentor one Financial Analyst

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 7 years’ work experience in a fast-paced environment in an analytical capacity
  • Proven leadership ability, as well as strength in building internal partnerships
  • Demonstrates flexibility in a fast‑paced environment with evolving needs.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to identify process and efficiency improvements
  • Strong quantitative, analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively
  • Project management skills, from initial idea through execution
  • Strong Excel skills are a must

We’d Love to See:

  • Retail industry experience preferred
  • Public company experience preferred
  • Experience with licensing accounting a plus
  • Experience with Hyperion Planning/Reporting and Essbase a plus
  • Organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
  • Must be a team player, with the ability to coach and develop
