The Plasma Finance Manager supports the BU by leading financial processes for NA Plasma and Blood Center, including managing close and forecast process, budget management, financial performance assessments, and more. The Finance Manager is a trusted adviser to the BU leadership team, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, and more, providing real-time support and analysis to assist in decision making. The finance manager is also responsible for improving NA Plasma and Blood center overall financial process, automate reports and analysis using appropriate tools.

The Finance Manager will:

  • Lead NA Plasma and Blood Center monthly business reviews, present results / forecast updates, and provide explanations for major drivers. Track status updates and facilitate discussion on milestones to meet strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the development, analysis, and reporting of annual operating budgets, quarterly forecast process and long-range strategic financial plan for the North America Plasma and Blood Center business.
  • Direct the financial planning and reporting for NA Plasma and Blood center business, including analyzing business trends by customer, reporting on share gain, volume and pricing trending on quarterly and monthly basis.
  • Ensure accurate close on revenue and expense. Review journal entries and ensure revenue related adjustments are correctly reflected based on contracts. Review expenses and book journal entries as needed.
  • Improve overall contract management process. Collaborate with contract, legal, sales operation and accounting team to ensure proper contract management across all systems and seek opportunities to automate and improve the process.
  • Manage budget for supporting functions including headcount and variable expenses, provide support to business partners. Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure proper asset management.  
  • Report and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide explanations for major drivers.
  • Act as Finance "Systems Expert" for Tableau and other AI Tools, lead creation & automation of business partner faced reports and improve other processes where possible.
  • Lead special projects such as business development support, customer specific analysis, and requests as appropriate.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors required; MBA/CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Experience in building dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Tableau required
  • Experience with Salesforece (Revenue Cloud/CPQ/Spiff) required
  • Advanced knowledge of financial reporting systems (Hyperion/Oracle EPBCS preferred)
  • Good knowledge of US GAAP
  • Must possess strong business analytical skills with thorough understanding of how to identify, interpret, and transform raw data sets into meaningful and actionable solutions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using multiple data sources to draw inferences/conclusions and communicate those findings effectively
  • Drive for accuracy with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver within tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically coupled with working in a logical and structured way
  • Open and flexible attitude with the ability to execute tasks within deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills required

Pay Transparency:

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

The base salary range for this role is:

$101,074.94-$136,586.75/Annual
