This is a Hybrid position with the expectation to be in the office 3 days a week.

The FP&A Manager will support financial planning and decision-making processes for operations in the US. The FP&A manager will be a trusted partner to Operations and work closely to analyze results and provide insights to support business strategy objectives.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Influence

  • Collaborate closely with Operations and senior executives to drive informed decision-making, accelerate strategic priorities and achieve targeted financial outcomes.

  • Act as the main point of contact managing communications and client presentations, as well as coordinating ad hoc requests to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Performance Analysis

  • Lead financial reviews for the portfolio, oversee and conduct in-depth analysis of month-over-month and actual versus budget results, ensuring clear explanation of key variances and actionable insights.

  • Drive comparative and trend analysis to assess overall financial and operational performance and identify emerging trends and opportunities to optimize revenues or expenses.

  • Track key performance indicators, incorporate secondary metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve overall performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting or finance, CPA/MBA considered an asset.

  • 5 plus years in related Finance experience (i.e. FP&A).

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, advanced in Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g. Yardi, Power BI, or other ERP/reporting tools, such as Vena).

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 plus bonus
