About the Role:

  • Fire Safety & Risk Management
    • Conduct regular fire risk assessments and safety audits.
    • Identify hazards and implement preventive measures to minimize risks.
    • Ensure discreet integration of safety systems without compromising the luxury experience.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
    • Ensure adherence to local fire codes, building regulations, and statutory safety requirements.
    • Maintain certifications, permits, and documentation for inspections and audits.
  • Emergency Preparedness & Response
    • Develop and implement evacuation plans tailored to the property layout.
    • Organize fire drills and emergency training for staff and residents.
    • Lead emergency response during incidents and coordinate with external agencies (fire department, civil defense)
  • Infrastructure & Equipment Management
    • Oversee installation, inspection, and maintenance of fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, hydrants, and emergency exits.
    • Ensure all fire safety equipment is functional, accessible, and regularly serviced.
  • Resident & Staff Engagement
    • Educate residents on fire safety practices and emergency procedures.
    • Train staff and service teams to respond effectively to fire or safety incidents.
  • Incident Investigation & Reporting
  • Investigate fire or safety incidents and prepare detailed reports.
  • Recommend corrective actions and monitor implementation.

Degree/Diploma in Fire & Safety Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.

  • Certification in fire safety.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fire and safety management, preferably in luxury properties or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety systems, building codes, and emergency response protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
  • Ability to balance technical safety requirements with discreet, resident-focused service delivery.Focus on creating curated resident experiences, similar to luxury hotel guest experiences.
