Role Responsibilities
The Finance Manager executes operating plans and forecasts while acting as a tactical finance partner to business teams, supporting key initiatives through rigorous financial analysis. The role drives actionable insights, financial discipline, and process improvements in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Execute and lead operating plan and forecast modeling, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.
Perform detailed business analysis and reporting to support business operations and key strategic initiatives.
Act as a tactical, day-to-day finance business partner, establishing priorities to deliver comprehensive financial support to business teams.
Provide analysis on profitability, initiative performance, and cost control, supporting informed decision-making.
Identify, assess, and communicate business risks and opportunities, recommending clear and actionable financial plans.
Develop, refine, and maintain financial models and analytical frameworks to support a dynamic and evolving business environment.
Provide planning guidance and financial direction to business teams, ensuring clarity, structure, and alignment.
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives within the area of responsibility to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Serve as a cross-functional contributor on business-led and CFO-sponsored projects.
Perform supervisory and people leadership responsibilities inherent to a managerial role, including oversight, guidance, and development of team members.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business finance, or related roles, or equivalent experience.
Strong experience with forecasting, operating planning, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.
Proven ability to act as a finance business partner, balancing tactical execution with strategic support.
Solid understanding of profitability analysis, cost management, and initiative evaluation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly to senior and non-finance stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in providing structured planning guidance.
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Experience operating in cross-functional environments, contributing to enterprise-level initiatives.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal, written, and listening skills (Level B2+ minimum, C1 ideal).
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret datasets and reports to support decision-making.
Strong analytical abilities, critical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset, with keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a highly structured, deadline-driven environment.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and follow through to resolution.
Work Shift
