We are currently looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our team in Mississauga, ON.
As a strategic finance partner, you’ll lead consultative analysis and reporting innovation to support profit improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with deep automotive experience and a passion for financial transformation.
A Day in the Life:
Drive financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple business units to support strategic goals.
Plan, consolidate, and execute annual, FMI, G&A, headcount, and CAPEX budgets in alignment with client group targets.
Lead consultative analysis and deliver actionable insights using Hyperion Planning and NARDW.
Partner with Treasury, Accounting and M&S teams to enhance financial performance and decision-making.
Manage KPI dashboards, consolidate financial data across NCI Group, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on planning and risk.
Who We’re Looking for:
University degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics; CPA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
7–10 years in finance, including at least 3 years of people management experience.
Proficient in Hyperion Planning, SAP, and HFM for financial planning and reporting.
Strong ability to analyze data and communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Experience in the automotive industry or other complex manufacturing environments
Familiarity with intercompany accounting and global consolidation processes
Proven success in leading process improvement or automation initiatives
Experience with financial scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
Ability to influence senior leadership through strategic financial insights and storytelling
