This is primarily a remote role with the ability to attend in-person meetings if needed. Pay Range

$46.55 - $69.85

This role will lead the coordination and operational execution of internal executive search efforts across the enterprise and ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for candidates and stakeholders while driving process excellence, compliance, and efficiency in executive hiring.

Major Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end coordination executive scheduling, candidate communications, and interview logistics. 

Develop and implement standardized processes and tools to support consistent, high-quality executive recruitment experiences. 

Partner with executive recruiters and HR leaders to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and candidate engagement strategies. 

Serve as a strategic liaison between candidates, hiring executives, recruiters, and support teams. 

Ensure a professional, confidential, and inclusive experience for all executive-level candidates. 

Manage executive-level candidate travel, virtual interview logistics, and onboarding coordination. 

Maintain accurate records in ATS and executive search systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. 

Monitor and improve operational workflows, reporting, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. 

Support executive search metrics tracking and dashboard reporting for leadership. 

Lead and mentor a team of recruiting coordinators or support staff. 

Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Access & Opportunity, and Communications to support enterprise-wide executive hiring initiatives. 

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

None Required.

 

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree.

 

Experience Required:

Typically requires 3 years of experience in recruitment operations, executive search coordination, or HR program management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Proven success in supporting or leading executive-level hiring processes. 

Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

Experience with ATS platforms, scheduling tools, and recruitment analytics. 

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
