Oversee day-to-day estate operations, including maintenance, security, landscaping, and utilities management.

Supervise, train, and manage estate staff to ensure efficiency and accountability.

Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers; manage contracts, SLAs, and budgets.
