About the Role

Responsible for providing portfolio managers with advice and asset allocation strategies to support investment decisions in equity instruments

• Manage the equity portfolio of the Company with the goals to deliver return target against benchmark, OPAT budget, as well as to grow long term equity value。

• Ensure research quality aligns with AIA’s equity investment standards。

• Work closely with Group Equity Investment in analyzing and monitoring the investment risks of the equity portfolio。

• Formulate tactical asset allocation calls and implement equity portfolio rebalancing。

• Develop professional knowledge and skills of staff to enhance productivity。

• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned。
