[What the role is]
Lead and manage the Engineering Services (ES) team to oversee maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical equipment in the campus to ensure optimal operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and future readiness while providing mentorship and guidance to enhance service delivery and team performance.
[What you will be working on]
- Lead and manage team members in the facilities upgrading projects such as electrical switchgear replacement, lift and escalator modernization, etc.
- Lead and manage team members in the establishment of term contracts for integrated facilities management services, building management system, lift and escalator maintenance services and supply of electricity.
- Lead and manage team members in their management of outsourced mechanical and electrical service providers (IFM, BMS, Lift, Escalator, etc) to ensure smooth, reliable, safe and efficient services under the team's purview. Lead & manage team members to improve on their management and performance outcome to service breakdown, service request, service recovery and preventive maintenance.
- Lead and manage team members in the identification, suggestion and implementation of addition & alternation work requests assigned to the team.
- Lead, manage and ensure regulatory requirements from government agencies and statutory boards with regards to area of responsibilities in engineering services are compiled by the team.

[What we are looking for]
- Relevant qualification in electrical, mechanical discipline or related fields of study
- At least 5 years of related work experience out of which 2 years are in leadership role.
- Good interpersonal, leadership and communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Data analytic or relevant IT knowledge is a bonus.
- Experienced in managing outsourced service providers.
- Experienced in environmental sustainability is a plus
