The Manager, Digital Transformation, based at our Macquarie, Sydney office, will play a key role in shaping Cochlear’s digital marketing future. As a strategic leader and champion of digital innovation, you’ll drive operational excellence, define the future-state digital strategy, and lead the adoption of technologies such as AI, cloud, and data analytics.
You will own and enhance Cochlear.com, our global website, ensuring it delivers world-class customer experiences and supports business growth. As the Product Owner for our digital product squads, you’ll lead a high-performing technical team to deliver impactful digital initiatives that elevate both the customer and candidate journey.
Lead the future-state strategy and roadmap for Cochlear’s website and digital platforms.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement to ensure the business is future-ready.
Collaborate with global, regional, and functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliver impactful releases.
Partner with UX, development, and content teams to deliver a seamless, high-performing digital experience.
Apply an experimentation mindset, leveraging user insights and A/B testing to optimize conversion and engagement.

You are a strategic and forward-thinking digital leader with deep expertise in managing large-scale web ecosystems. You thrive on turning complex business needs into clear digital solutions, balancing innovation with practicality. You enjoy leading cross-functional teams, driving change, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced global environment.
7+ years’ experience in digital product ownership and managing web development teams.
Strong expertise with enterprise CMS platforms (preferably Sitecore).
Proven track record managing complex, multi-market websites.
Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and compliance requirements.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global, matrixed environments.
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and UX design principles.
Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and integrations.
Demonstrated success in improving digital content and workflow processes.
