The Job

  • Lead and deliver digital and transformation initiatives aligned with business and technology roadmaps
  • Provide end‑to‑end ownership of digital projects, ensuring effective delivery, governance, and outcomes
  • Drive alignment, adoption, and long‑term success through strong partnership with business, IT, and vendors
  • Responsible for multiple digital and transformation projects to align with both our technology and business roadmaps
  • Provide end-to-end project management including requirement definition, resources, budget, schedule, solutions, and deliverables
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with business channels and end users to drive alignment, adoption, and long‑term success of digital initiatives
  • Work closely with various IT teams, business units and vendors to ensure alignment of initiatives  

The Person

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in leading digital application development initiatives, with hands‑on exposure to development activities
  • Proven experience managing mid‑ to large‑scale digital development projects, with accountability across scope, resources, budget, schedule, and delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
  • Prior experience in the insurance or banking industry is preferred, with exposure to regulated or complex business environments
  • Strong understanding of digital solution development, with sufficient technical know‑how to engage in solution discussions
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment and adoption
  • Well‑developed problem‑solving skills to address complex business and technical challenges
