About the Role

Responsible to provide Level 3 technical support for IAM applications platform and their infrastructure
  • Perform day to day operation support on the platform hosting IAM applications including system health checks, application performance monitoring, backups & restoration, upgrades, patching, certificates maintenance and issue resolutions.
  • Support the resolution of Incidents and Problems within the team. Assist with the resolution of complex incidents.
  • Support Change Management in terms of solution upgrade, enhancements, bug fixes and changes to resolve issues within the IAM system.
  • Support the resolution on issues highlighted during the IAM system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and Production deployments.
  • Resolve technical issues, including troubleshooting of secondary components such as infrastructure, networking, database, or scripting issues.
  • Support planned and actual DR test activities for the IAM systems and infrastructure.
  • Interact with delivery partners and/or vendors and internal stakeholders as required to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure daily operations and system workflows following global standards and security policies.
  • To drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives in improving service quality, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support IAM leaders to maintain and enhance the IAM solution capabilities.
  • Demonstrate and apply strong teamwork and communication with other team members.
  • Support new service transition (go-live) from Project to Operation delivery in Production environment.
