Compensation | Benefits:
The estimated hiring compensation range for this role is $57,000 - $67,000. Final offers will be based on the candidate's geographic location, consider career experience and may vary from this range due to these and other factors.

Job Summary:
The Manager, Digital Programs, is responsible for planning and executing a slate of high-quality, accessible digital programs that meet the needs of people affected by MS. This role manages the logistics, delivery, and participant experience for virtual programs across multiple platforms, ensuring programs are executed on time, on budget, and with strong engagement. The Manager works closely with colleagues across program content, marketing, and evaluation to support organizational goals.
Required: Bilingual communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication, editing, and public‑speaking abilities in English and Spanish.
Main Responsibilities:
Program Execution
Plan and deliver a portfolio of live and on-demand digital programs.
Manage event logistics, including registration, platform setup, speaker coordination, accessibility accommodations, and technical support.
Ensure all programs meet standards for accuracy, inclusivity, accessibility, health literacy, and participant experience.
Monitor attendance, engagement, and technical performance during live events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with content experts to align program materials with educational and strategic priorities.
Work with marketing teams to support participant recruitment and outreach.
Partner with evaluation teams to collect participant feedback and program metrics.
Quality Assurance & Improvement
Track and report key program outcomes, including reach, satisfaction, and engagement.
Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes and tools.
Apply participant and staff feedback to improve future programs.
What We're Looking For:
Outstanding candidates will bring strong project‑management skills, attention to detail, and excellent technical writing, research, and communication abilities in both English and Spanish. Success in this role requires an understanding of how people learn, familiarity with curriculum design strategies that support health literacy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of professionals.
2–4 years of experience planning and delivering digital events or programs.
Bachelor’s degree in public health, communications, education, or related field.
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with virtual platforms (Zoom, Swoogo, YouTube, Facebook Live, or similar).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to equity and accessibility in program delivery.
Bilingual communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication, editing, and public‑speaking abilities in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
Digital fluency: Skilled in using digital platforms and delivering curriculum through social media, video conferencing, on‑demand learning, online tools, and apps.
Curriculum development expertise: Experience designing educational curriculum, delivering presentations, and managing large‑scale curriculum projects from planning through execution while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Instructional design foundation: Coursework in instructional design and strong research skills to identify trends, integrate innovative strategies, and adapt to evolving educational landscapes.
Cultural and accessibility awareness: Experience working with multicultural groups and individuals with disabilities (particularly MS), with knowledge of diversity, equity, inclusion, bias reduction, generational differences, and health literacy.
Professional effectiveness: Demonstrates independence, emotional intelligence, diplomacy, resilience, and the ability to proactively navigate challenges with professional courage.
Innovation and change leadership: Proven track record of creativity, continuous learning, and serving as a positive, solution‑focused change agent capable of leading teams through uncertainty.
Relationship building: Strong ability to develop and manage internal, external, and digital relationships effectively.
