Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Technology (MarTech) Enablement Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in bridging our Global Retirement & Insurance (GRI) businesses and MarTech teams. In this critical position, you'll drive technology alignment to business objectives, empowering marketing partners to unlock the full potential of our MarTech stack. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Adobe's suite of marketing tools, AI, and digital sales platforms to drive business growth and stay ahead of industry trends. As a key enabler of our marketing strategy, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and deliver impactful solutions that drive results. The current EWA for this position is Hybrid (Newark) and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
