About the Role

To create value by enhancing brand equity and support generating sales across all channels.
Management of AIA’s social media pages across platforms while increasing traffic to said mediums and all other digital platforms.
Execution of effective strategic measures for AIA’s digital marketing and brand activities.

  • Development and execution of digital Strategy for the BU- brand, web/digital presence, social media and lead generation ( sales lead and recruitment leads).
  • Online reputation management and timely and effective response to online comments and conversations, where required.  
  • Management and updating of AIA’s Corporate website and other online communications platforms.
  • Sourcing and managing strategic marketing partnerships for business generation via digital lead generations.
  • Ideation and execution for creative and engaging online content.
  • Working with Distribution to increase recruitment and image building for Wealth Planners, online.
  • Monthly reporting of Digital performance and related statistics and targets locally and to AIA Group.
  • Minimizing violations of social media guidelines through careful and constant monitoring of the digital sphere including reporting of fake profiles, creating awareness on social media guidelines to all stakeholders, reputation management and updating guidelines as required.
