What drives us, is our aspiration, our desire and ambition to keep pushing the envelope, overcoming any hurdle, challenging the status quo to continually find a better way. You will experience these qualities of passion, pride and aspiration in many ways — from a rich set of career development programs to support of community service projects to social events that foster fun and relationship building across our global community.

The Role

As DevOps Manager of the Nexus Content Creation team, you will play a key role in leading a team that designs, maintains, and continuously improves standard architecture templates used across DGM’s control systems infrastructure. These templates serve as foundational building blocks for scalable, high-performance deployments.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that Nexus templates for common architecture systems remain functional and optimized as software evolves—validating compatibility with each release and proactively addressing issues. You’ll collaborate closely with US-based teams and the broader Nexus organization to enhance out-of-the-box offerings, drive automation, and elevate customer satisfaction through robust, reusable infrastructure components.

A core objective of this team is to reduce the design and build hours required on Nexus-based projects by delivering high-quality, pre-validated templates that accelerate deployment timelines and minimize rework. You’ll champion efficiency and standardization, helping teams move faster with greater confidence
