Job Summary: You will serve as a MANAGER in the Corporate Operations Department (10), NAVSEA ERP Business Office Division (10X), Property and Acquisition Branch (10X3) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-06 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15.

Major Duties:

  • You will serve as the Property and Acquisition Branch Head within the Naval Sea Systems Command (NA VSEA) Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office (NEBO).
  • You will provide Navy ERP systems support with responsibility for all aspects of the Property and Acquisition Branch.
  • You will provide support to the NA VSEA Enterprise, both General Fund and Working Capital Fund, and serves as the liaison for the NAVSEA Enterprise to the Navy ERP program office for all matters within the cognizance of the team.
  • You will serve as the supervisor for the personnel positioned within the Property and Acquisition team and is the NAVSEA Enterprise's Navy ERP system expert for these matters.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring management of trouble tickets, interpreting system changes/upgrades, participating in system testing, writing/reviewing feedback on change requests, participating as an integrated process team member.
  • You will be responsible for interpreting policies and procedures, making business process recommendations for operations within the Navy ERP, responsible for providing effective customer service and ensuring feedback mechanisms are established.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 (GS-13/14 grade equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing a Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) helpdesk and personnel by performing Property and Acquisition functions to identify and resolve Navy audit issues and questions for the improvement in design of systems and solutions.
