As our Manager Delivery Support, you’ll oversee the delivery of effective financial and scheduling support across Maintenance and Operations. You’ll enable the optimisation of work programmes, ensure data integrity, and drive consistency of delivery practices across regions. This is your chance to provide operational leadership, drive performance improvements, and make a real impact on how New Zealand’s transport system is delivered.

Ko koe tēnei | About you
You are a proven leader with:
Extensive experience managing financial and scheduling functions in infrastructure or asset management
Proven experience providing accurate financial reporting
Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
In-depth knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
Advanced expertise in schedule management and resource optimisation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Tertiary qualification in finance, business, project management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
