You will be instrumental in building and managing our database management systems, utilizing your technical expertise to design, develop, analyze, and install these systems. Your role will encompass database modeling and design, relational database architecture, metadata, and repository creation, as well as configuration management.
What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Lead or co-lead moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resources.

- Manage technology deliverables through planning, estimation, coordination, and execution.
- Collaborate with enabling functions to enhance regional Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities.
- Engage with business, Digital stakeholders, and partners/vendors to capture and translate key requirements into projects aligned with Pfizer's standards.
- Maintain strong customer engagement with key stakeholders and support teams in leveraging the knowledge graph for various tasks, while defining data quality rules and improving taxonomy change management processes.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or high School Diploma (or Equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, automation scripts, run book workflows, frameworks
- Demonstrated the successful adaptation of data quality standards in a previous work experience
- Hands on experience working with DevOps tools
- Experience working with machine learning products and services from leading public providers
- Experience working with compliance domains
- Ability to architect and design data models and solutions
- Innovative with changing business requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):
- Master's degree with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in commercial or sales and marketing roles.
- Experience in management consulting
- Innovative in response to changing business requirements
- Proven expertise in compliance domains, with the ability to architect and design data models and solutions
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and machine learning products from leading public providers
