Our approach to R&D Position Summary You will lead sponsor oversight and quality assurance for clinical data management across studies based in Poland. You will work with study teams, external vendors and technical partners to ensure data are accurate, traceable and compliant. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead end-to-end data management oversight for one or several clinical studies, ensuring quality, timelines and budget targets are met. - Act as the primary contact for data management and data quality matters for internal teams and external vendors or CRO partners. - Define, implement and maintain the study-level Data Management Plan, covering data capture, cleaning, reconciliation and database lock. - Provide sponsor oversight of outsourced data management activities and manage vendor performance against study agreements. - Support design and review of electronic data capture, clinical outcome assessments and integration of external data sources. - Mentor junior colleagues, share best practice, and support audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives. Why You? Working model: This role is hybrid. You will work from our Poland office part of the week and have flexibility to work from home on other days. Exact hybrid pattern will be discussed during recruitment. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, clinical, data or computer-related discipline. - Minimum of 4 years’ experience in clinical data management or clinical trials in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO or academic research settings. - Practical knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory expectations for clinical data. - Experience working with external vendors or Functional Service Providers and performing sponsor oversight. - Strong spoken and written English communication skills for global collaboration. - Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and deliver study-level activities and timelines. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience with electronic data capture systems such as InForm, Rave, Veeva or similar. - Familiarity with laboratory, biomarker and external data integration. - Experience implementing or using clinical data standards such as CDISC. - Prior experience leading sponsor oversight for outsourced FSP/FSO models. - Proven mentoring experience or acting as a subject matter expert within a data management team. - Basic project management skills or relevant certification. The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 255,750 to PLN 426,250 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave. In compliance with Ontario's provincial pay transparency legislation, this job posting includes a salary range to support equitable and informed hiring practices. The annual compensation for this role is CAD129,000 to CAD179,000 , determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
