ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a motivated Manager, Data Insights who is passionate in development of analytics, dashboard reporting for dedicated executives and function leaders. Foster trust in data by applying data risk governance principles. Work with stakeholders and peers to prioritise and deliver backlog. Track and review business performance by keeping track of metrics that impact performance. Present your team’s analytical findings to senior business stakeholders to help them shape their decision making.
NAB VN are on a significant transformation journey to establish our data and analytics system to enable the organization accelerating operational insights, customer understanding and productivity improvements. This includes establishing centralised data foundation (1 source of truth), ensuring data availability, quality and accessibility.
This role is partnering with stakeholders to identify & keep track of business performance metrics, gather and analyse data to provide valuable insights, presenting your team’s analytical findings to senior business stakeholders to help them shape their decision making.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of data insights Consultants and Analysts
Manage delivery of analytics and reporting in accordance with requirements, estimated velocity or agreed SLAs
Leverage insights from data to anticipate future requirements to support decision making
Work with Enterprise Data & Analytics and business stakeholders to develop a roadmap for transition of legacy data solutions to target state
Drive upskilling of the team and transformation of ways of working
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
10+ year experience in leading and delivering analytics and insights solutions from prototyping to product development and deployment, experience in working across the business to support cross-functional performance improvement.
Experience with preparing business cases with estimation, requirements and implementation plan of the use cases, helping stakeholders to build value-adding analytics to drive decision making.
Experience with coaching, mentoring and support of data team to build an engaging and collaborative team culture.
Experience with analysing and manipulating complex, high volume data sets using SQL, Spark (Databrick) and/or Python, MS PowerBI with multiple user roles.
Working experience in a data consulting environment is a plus.
