Job Description
DPR Construction is seeking a leader to support our Core Markets and Account Management (CM/AM) teams by serving as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, project-level teams, and DPR’s centralized Data Engineering resources.
This role will focus on understanding business and project needs, shaping requests, coordinating execution, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across data analytics, data engineering, AI/ML, software development, and related capabilities.
The individual will also lead a small team of account-facing Data & Development resources embedded across DPR’s key accounts and will champion standardized processes, tools, and dashboards across all accounts. Over time, this role is expected to grow deeper data engineering fluency, but day-to-day success depends on strong coordination, prioritization, and stakeholder leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Core Markets & Account Management – Data Engineering Coordination Lead
Serve as the primary Data & Development partner for Core Market and Account Management leaders, ensuring requests are clearly defined, prioritized, and routed to the appropriate execution teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary point of contact for data and technology needs across Core Markets and Account Management.
- Partner with business leadership to understand objectives, challenges, and priorities, and translate them into clear, actionable requests.
- Coordinate delivery across DPR’s Data Analytics, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Software Development, and Knowledge Management teams.
- Work closely with execution teams (both U.S.-based and India-based) to ensure scope clarity, sequencing, and alignment.
- Ensure requests are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and communicated throughout delivery.
- Support data engineering initiatives by reviewing requirements, validating outputs, and ensuring solutions meet business needs
- Identify opportunities to reuse existing data models, pipelines, dashboards, and tools rather than creating one-off solutions.
- Provide feedback loops between business stakeholders and technical teams to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
2. Leadership of Key Account Data & Development Resources
Lead and coordinate a team of 1–3 account-aligned Data & Development Account Leads who serve as the primary D&D contacts for DPR’s key accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directly manage, coach, and support account-facing Data & Development resources.
- Ensure consistent intake, triage, and prioritization processes across all key accounts.
- Coordinate requests across accounts to identify common needs, overlaps, and standardization opportunities.
- Serve as the escalation point for cross-account conflicts, prioritization challenges, and delivery risks.
- Partner with Account Management leadership to align data and technology efforts with account strategies.
- Provide oversight and guidance for project management activities. Partner with the CM/AM Data Analytics Lead and vConstruct Data Analytics Lead to define, prioritize, and manage all incoming requests to optimize resource allocation and delivery timelines. Champion consistent tools, dashboards, metrics, and delivery patterns across all accounts.
- Ensure governance, documentation, and change management practices are applied consistently.
- Support training and enablement efforts to increase data and technology literacy within account teams.
- Facilitate the transfer of best practices and insights across accounts to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall project outcomes, while ensuring compliance with proprietary information and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with Integration Managers to develop, document, and implement standardized integration structures for new projects across all accounts, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the QA/QC process for all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency across projects.
3. Global Delivery & Execution Coordination
- Coordinate and prioritize execution with centralized Data Analytics and Data Engineering teams located in both the U.S. and India.
- Provide clear requirements, priorities, and success criteria to offshore teams.
- Ensure effective communication across time zones and teams.
- Monitor progress, surface risks, and resolve blockers to keep delivery on track.

- 5+ years of experience in roles that bridge business and technical teams (data, analytics, technology, or operations).
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize requests, and coordinate delivery across multiple teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
