The Identity Provisioning Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of identity provisioning for Epic and other clinical applications. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration with the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, supporting secure and efficient user access across the enterprise. The successful candidate will lead a team, develop strategies, and collaborate closely with IT, clinical, and compliance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the identity provisioning process for clinical applications, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Design, implement, and optimize workflows for user onboarding, role assignment, and access management integrating with the organization’s IGA platform (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar).
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, clinical operations, HR, and compliance teams to align provisioning practices to organizational needs.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of user identities, including periodic reviews and recertification campaigns, leveraging the IGA platform.
• Oversee escalation, resolution, and reporting of access issues and incidents.
• Provide guidance, direction, and supervision to provisioning team members, fostering professional development and a culture of excellence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epic provisioning best practices, IGA trends, and evolving clinical compliance requirements.
• Develop and deliver management reports, metrics, and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external vendors as necessary for third-party integrations or enhancements.
Required Qualifications:

• Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, or other industry-leading IGA platforms.
• Prior experience in healthcare or clinical IT environments.
• Change management and process improvement expertise.
