Your Role

We're hiring Manager and Sr. Manager Customer Success positions to lead and inspire teams of customer success reps. They’ll be responsible for our retention targets and will structure and scale the Customer Success department. These roles directly influence revenue growth and are critical to empowering our customers to win.

In these roles, they will:

  • Coach their team. They’ll lead, develop, and onboard a team of Customer Success Managers, coaching them through 1:1s and impromptu feedback. They’ll inspire them to maximize client ROI and ensure they renew and expand their Hudl subscriptions.
  • Build and scale. They’ll design and implement the strategy for the department, defining workflows and best practices to serve different tiers of our portfolio and keep engagement high.
  • Drive retention. They will lead the team to hit and surpass gross retention targets. They’ll hold the team accountable for their renewal goals, review revenue numbers, and ensure all data is accurately tracked in our CRM (Salesforce).

Our priority is to hire someone for this role who lives near our office in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, or is open to relocating to either of these cities. We do ask our sales leadership to be in the office a majority of the week.

Must-Haves

  • Experienced. You have at least one year of team management experience (or equivalent) and three years of customer success or account management experience within Hudl or in the industry.
  • Knowledgeable. You have existing market knowledge and prior experience with pipeline management.
  • Methodical. You are familiar with Challenger Sale methodologies.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Willing to travel. You are able to travel up to 20% as required for the role.

Our Role

  • Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
  • Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
  • Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
  • Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
