Manager, Customer Success and Portfolio Optimization, Small and Medium Enterprises

Overview
The Asia Pacific Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) team is seeking a Manager, Customer Success and Portfolio Optimization to support the growth, performance, and operational excellence of our SME product portfolio across the region.

Responsibilities
• Manage overall product performance, including tracking results, analyzing trends, overseeing change control processes, and maintaining strong vendor and partner relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners to refine product strategies and identify enhancements across existing offerings.
• Drive Go To Market initiatives and programs designed to increase card issuance and strengthen adoption in both established and emerging markets.
• Lead the full product innovation and optimization lifecycle—idea generation, concept validation, business case development, and financial modeling as needed.
• Execute business plans that elevate the value, relevance, and profitability of Mastercard acceptance within the SME segment.
• Support the development and activation of product marketing strategies and coordinate promotional, advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve business goals.

All About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong background in product development, business/market/financial analysis, and project management.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, customers, and external business partners.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering solutions that drive measurable customer and business impact.
• Self driven, results oriented, and successful in team based environments.
• Willingness to travel
