Job Responsibilities
Act as a strategy planning and coordination partner to the Director of Customer Strategy & Planning and CCMO Office, supporting the shaping and alignment of customer and marketing strategy across the enterprise.
Translate strategic direction into structured plans, governance frameworks, progress tracking, and management communications, enabling alignment across teams.
Provide structured analysis and insight on customer strategy topics, including customer journeys, segmentation, lifecycle, initiative performance, and CX research such as NPS, to inform prioritization and decision‑making.
Support strategy governance, budgeting, KPI tracking, and value monitoring, ensuring transparency, discipline, and clear visibility of progress and outcomes for senior management.
Develop clear, high‑quality communications and change materials to support stakeholder understanding, alignment, and adoption of customer and marketing initiatives
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, or related disciplines
6–10 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy / transformation advisory, or in‑house strategy, planning, governance, or PMO‑type roles
Experience from consulting or internal strategy / transformation teams (strategy, digital, CX, or transformation focus)
Exposure to financial services, insurance, or banking environments
Certifications in Change Management, Agile, CX, or Design Thinking are a plus
Strong structured problem‑solving, analysis, and executive storytelling capabilities
Solid understanding of enterprise strategy planning, governance, performance, and change communications
Good financial acumen, including budgeting, tracking, and business case support
Effective stakeholder management, able to influence and align across functions without direct authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to structure, detail, and follow‑through.
Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Strategic & Structured Thinking: Applies clear, structured problem‑solving to translate strategy into practical plans, priorities, and decisions.
Customer & Insight Orientation: Uses customer and CX insights (e.g. NPS, journey feedback, research) to inform strategy, prioritization, and improvement opportunities.
Stakeholder Influence & Collaboration: Builds alignment and drives outcomes through effective collaboration and influence across functions, without direct authority.
Execution Discipline & Communication: Brings rigour to planning, tracking, and follow‑through, and communicates clearly to support alignment, change, and decision‑making.
