Title: Manager

Maintained records of commercial developments from developer, landlords and investors in Bangalore. Data screening and updation into the database and recurring updation as leasing velocity of the asset progresses - Monitor and maintain inventory levels and make necessary number of adjustments and changes to supply data base during project life cycle.

About the role:

- Gained in-depth knowledge of Search engine optimization to research data and statistics on inventory including images and or layouts where plug and play etc. to support brokers increase the number of prospects or sales.

- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and speed to market on market intel around availability and upcoming supply of commercial nature including preparing regular supply reports for research and tenant representation team -- align supply forecasts with development schedules

- Keep track of social media and or meet to collate content on any developments including marketing brochures and timelines/status

- Good communication and collaboration skills for engagement with brokers and other stakeholders.

- Familiarity with the city is preferred if any onsite meetings or inspections need to be conducted

-  Accuracy and correct probing techniques for commercial proposal or terms and expectations of the developer , landlords and investors and dates

-  Solutioning the availability information deck comprehensively and ability to adhere to deadlines and or set the right expectations on submissions to ensure efficiency and no delays in client service delivery

- Working with the analytical experts on response management to Occupier RFPs and or pitch submissions
