What will you be doing?
- Lead end-to-end CSR strategy, planning, and execution aligned with company priorities and statutory requirements
- Design and implement high-impact CSR programs across multiple locations
- Evaluate and onboard NGO partners and implementing agencies, ensuring credibility and alignment
- Oversee project execution on ground, ensuring quality, timelines, and intended outcomes are met
- Drive monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment frameworks to measure effectiveness
- Manage CSR budgets, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with regulatory norms
- Ensure full compliance with CSR regulations, including documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
- Engage with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to drive alignment and visibility
- Lead employee volunteering initiatives, building stronger employee engagement in CSR
- Develop impact reports, case studies, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
Are you the one?
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in CSR / development sector
- Proven ability to lead and manage CSR projects independently
- Strong understanding of CSR compliance, governance, and reporting
- Experience working with NGOs, government bodies, and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable balancing field execution and strategic planning
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for creating meaningful, measurable social impact
