So, what does a Corporate TA Manager really do?
Think of yourself as the architect of our future workforce.
Responsible for overseeing and driving both the strategic direction and operational excellence of the talent acquisition function across the team, you are building the infrastructure that allows TaskUs to scale.
You will also lead the charge on critical, high-complexity client campaigns that require a "white-glove" recruitment approach.
You love data, you understand that candidate experience is everything, and you know how to lead a team through the chaos of high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and executive leadership for the corporate TA function. You will design forward-looking recruitment strategies that align with our organization’s workforce plans, growth objectives, and long-term business goals.
- Specialized & Niche Campaigns: Sometimes, standard hiring isn't enough. You will lead the strategy and execution for niche client groups and specialized skill sets. You will define the strategy and manage the end-to-end process for these high-priority, revenue-generating initiatives.
- Team & Capacity Management: You will monitor team bandwidth and resource allocation, ensuring your recruiters are efficient, supported, and not burning out. You balance the load to meet hiring targets while maintaining our "People First" culture.
- Budget & CPH Stewardship: You own the checkbook for your function. You will manage headcount planning, recruitment spend, and vendor contracts, keeping a close eye on the CPH to ensure we are operating sustainably.
- Tech Stack & Innovation: You are the champion of our tools. You will oversee the optimization of our recruitment tech stack (ATS, AI tools etc). You will drive the adoption of automation to make our lives easier and the candidate journey smoother.
- Vendor Ecosystem: You will manage strategic relationships with external partners (agencies, job boards, tech vendors), negotiating contracts and holding them accountable to SLAs.
- Continuous Improvement: You don’t settle for "good enough." You stay ahead of industry trends and constantly look for ways to improve agility, scalability, and quality of hire.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing recruitment teams across multiple locations in SEA.
- Proven experience managing corporate hiring (finding the leaders) and niche/campaign hiring (ramping specialized projects). You understand the difference in speed and strategy for both.
- You have owned a budget before. You understand CPH, vendor spend, and how to maximize ROI.
- You are not just "familiar" with tools; you are an expert. Hands-on experience with Workday is required. Extra experience with Talkpush is highly preferred.
- You are advanced in PowerBI and analytics. You don’t just read reports; you extract insights to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategy.
- You thrive in ambiguity. You have a track record of rolling out new tools or processes and getting buy-in from your team.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent rockstar experience).
