TITLEManager, Corporate FP&A 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

The Manager, Corporate FP&A is responsible for driving consolidated financial reporting, planning, and analysis across the enterprise. This role manages the end-to-end consolidation of monthly close reporting, quarterly forecasts, and annual operating plans, and helps prepare ELT and Board of Directors for financial deliverables. 

This individual partners closely with Accounting, business unit FP&A, and leadership to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial results and forward-looking projections. The role also supports preparation of materials for ELT and Board reporting, delivering clear insights into company performance, risks, and opportunities. 

The ideal candidate brings strong financial reporting expertise, as well as advanced technical and analytical capabilities. Demonstrated experience owning and implementing process improvements and system enhancements within FP&A through use or AI and automation tools is a must. Deep experience with Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A software (Oracle EPM/Planning, Anaplan, etc.) is also required. This position operates as an individual contributor with significant enterprise impact and visibility. 

  • Manage and own financial consolidation of close results, including variance analysis versus forecast, budget, and prior periods 

  • Streamline and simplify standard deliverables for CFO and senior leadership, with focus on process efficiency, insightful analysis, quality commentary, and reduced cycle times 

  • Accountable for the consolidated quarterly forecast and annual planning processes across the enterprise, ensuring alignment across functions and leadership 

  • Drive deliverables for ELT and Board meetings, including financial statements, KPIs, variance commentary, and forward-looking insights 

  • Ensure integrity, consistency, and transparency of financial reporting across all business units 

  • Partner closely with accounting during the monthly close cycle to align reported results and management reporting 

  • Develop and maintain consolidated financial models that support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic decision-making 

  • Continuously improve forecast accuracy through enhanced modeling, analytics, and cross-functional alignment 

  • Own process efficiency initiatives within Corporate FP&A, including automation, standardization, and optimization of recurring deliverables, and sunsetting of low-value work 

  • Serve as system owner and super-user for Adaptive Planning, including model maintenance, enhancements, reporting builds, and governance 

  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate FP&A processes through use of AI and automation tools to reduce low-value manual effort and cycle times 

  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and scenario modeling capabilities 

  • Support KPI tracking and performance management at the consolidated company level 

WHAT YOU’VE DONE:  

  • Bachelor’s or Masters Degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area 

  • 5+ years of applicable FP&A or finance experience, including some previous consolidations experience and ownership of reporting, planning, and analysis 

  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI, automation tools, or advanced analytics to drive measurable process efficiency improvements within FP&A or finance functions 

  • Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level and Board-ready financial materials 

  • Strong financial reporting foundation, including deep understanding of P&L and KPIs 

  • Advanced financial reporting and modeling skills with expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning or similar enterprise FP&A platforms (Oracle EPM/Planning, Anaplan, etc.) 

  • Proven track record of driving process efficiencies, automation, and system improvements within FP&A 

  • Ability to lead cross-functional processes through influence and strong business partnership

  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise executive narratives

  • Systems-oriented mindset with strong process design and continuous improvement focus 

 

WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW:  

Travel: 0-10% 

Location: Remote US (Should be able to work CST or EST hours)

Actual compensation for this role is determined based on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location, where permitted by law. 

For reference, the expected salary range for this position is generally positioned as follows based on candidate location: 

  • 117,500 – 167,900: Candidates living in the Boston, New York City–Newark, Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, Seattle, or Washington, DC metropolitan areas 

  • 112,000 – 160,000: Candidates living in Chicago, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Minneapolis, or Philadelphia metropolitan areas, or in Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Rhode Island, or Vermont 

  • 106,500 – 152,100: Candidates living in Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Oregon, or Wisconsin 

  • 94,300 – 147,300: For all other U.S. locations 

This position is also eligible for annual bonus compensation, subject to plan terms and individual eligibility. 

Final compensation will be determined based on the factors outlined above and in accordance with applicable law.
