Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Corporate Finance team. This role involves managing the organization’s financial strategy, enhancing process, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and ensure financial stability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate finance and strategic financial management and a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with prior exposure to a Big 4 firm. A solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS standards, financial reporting, and compliance requirements is essential. Requires excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently and as part of team and strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and the unique needs of the healthcare sector.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct in depth analysis of plan versus actual financial performances, identifying and explaining variances.
  • Financial Tracking: Monitoring key financial metrics and KPIs. Providing timely update to management
  • Competitive Benchmarking: Analyze the financial performance of key competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Industry Trend Analysis: Monitor Industry trends and their implications for the company’s financial performance.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Statements: Preparing financial statements and reviewing key financial ratios to ensure accuracy, compliance, and meaningful analysis of business performance.
  • Process Improvement and Compliance: Lead initiatives to streamline and enhance financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Experience - The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate finance and strategic financial management with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with prior exposure to a Big 4 firms.

Education - Chartered Accountant (CA)

Other Skills -
