[What the role is]
Manage the consolidation of PA Group financial statements and meet the operational and reporting needs.
[What you will be working on]
- Assist in the preparation of consolidation for Statutory Board Financial Reporting Standards (SB-FRS) compliant PA Group financial statements for audit and presentation in PA’s annual report.
- Coordinate and address audit queries promptly.
- Manage monthly and year-end closing of accounts.
- Coordinate, prepare and submit accurate operating grant requests.
- Maintain proper and accurate tracking of the various funds and schemes under PA Headquarters.
- Oversee daily collections for PA Account 1 and ensure prompt recovery of outstanding bills from various companies and organizations.
- Compile and submit statistical or financial information returns in accordance with Government Departments’ requirements.
