Corporate Development Mgmt: The Strategic Planning & Corporate Development function is responsible for developing and implementing the firm wide business strategy. Includes development and review of growth and diversification, and financial business plans (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures). Aligns objectives with human capital and financial resources. Infrastructure covers activities related to enabling functions that drive business results. Core roles include communications, compliance, corporate and business administration, finance, human resources, information technology, legal, marketing, operations, risk management, and treasury.
