Supports the communications leadership in developing, implementing and managing the Production Content function for the organization. This role oversees all content production across Corewell Health campuses. This role oversees content pre-production through post-production, managing creative teams and freelance talent to ensure alignment, efficiency, and quality. This role leads and supports the creative team, fostering problem-solving, collaboration, and consistent delivery of successful outcomes.
Demonstrates expertise and skill in developing strategic, communication solutions and implementing a variety of communications tactics for internal and external audiences. Develops strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Responsible for project management, agency partner management, communications planning, and team development. Manages and provides leadership to teams within System Communications & Marketing to develop plans that help accomplish goals and tasks.
Supports the appropriate director in developing, implementing and managing the production & content creating function for the organization. Brings industry best practices in production and content creation to team to help elevate Corewell Health content production quality.
Manages and provides leadership to communications team to help accomplish goals and tasks. Facilitates the training and continuing education of employees. Provides direction, guidance and support, mentorship and performance management to subordinate employees to ensure excellence, effectiveness and efficiency in execution, and to develop and maintain a strong culture. Selects, trains, develops, and evaluates subordinates and initiates personnel actions in accordance with departmental policies and organization philosophy.
Manages and coordinates local and system messaging for external and internal audiences across a variety of content platforms based on the objectives of specific communications and marketing plans. Platforms may include Corewell Health website, TheWell, social media, corporate publications, advertising and marketing campaigns, public relations and event communications.
Participates in creation, coordination and management of content produced for 360-degree plans. Must be a team player with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Anticipates client needs, identifies opportunities and solutions, customizes as appropriate matching resources to needs, as well as researches and resolves problems. Manages time lines and budgets as appropriate for department, product, and/or service line, ensuring operations are managed within established guidelines. Supports system and hospital branding and image initiatives.
Measure the success of marketing and communication activities with data. Utilize the analytics and consumer insights to inform new activities. Hold team accountable to key performance indicators. Implements strategy and execution on human centric design and analytics. Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis.

Qualifications: Manager, Content and Production
7 years of relevant Experience in communications, video production or related field such as marketing, digital marketing, social media, etc. Background in communications and/or video production for a highly regulated industry such as higher education, financials, health care, health coverage, etc. Required
Education: Bachelor's Degree in video production, marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required
Required - Strong team and client focus including ability to collaborate and appropriately balance interests of all parties. Ability to translate information / knowledge in a manner that is understandable to end user.
Required - Strong organizational and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to achieve goals and objectives.
Required - Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Time management and organizational skills. Self-directed.
Ability to make quality, independent decisions.
Analytical and strong problem solving skills. Ability to work
effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volumes
and multiple interruptions. Ability to maintain the strictest
