The company also established its in-house unscripted studio FOX Alternative Entertainment (The Masked Singer, Snake Oil, I Can See Your Voice, Name That Tune), FOX Entertainment Studios (Animal Control) to develop scripted content, and worldwide content sales unit FOX Entertainment Global.The Manager, Content Distribution Operations is responsible for overseeing the delivery of licensed content to clients across EMEA, APAC, and ANZ. This role ensures that licensing agreements are operationally achievable and that all content is delivered accurately, on time, and in full compliance with contractual obligations.
As the primary operational partner to the Sales team, the Manager, Content Distribution Operations supports high-volume, multi-territory licensing agreements across streamers, broadcasters, and other global buyers. The Manager works closely with regional Sales teams (UK, Singapore, Australia) and US-based Operations stakeholders to validate delivery requirements during deal negotiation and to oversee end-to-end fulfillment following contract signature.
Based in the UK to align with global Sales business hours, this role is part of the US Content Operations team and operates under established global processes, systems, and compliance standards.
Success in this role is measured by on-time delivery performance, reduction in re-deliveries, SLA adherence, and strong stakeholder and client satisfaction.
Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.
