WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

SimCorp Advanced Delivery Center (ADC) was strategically established, initially in 2016 in Warsaw, Poland, and subsequently extended to Manila, Philippines in 2021 and Mexico City in 2023. This deliberate expansion enables us to efficiently connect with clients spanning EMEA, APAC, and NA. Within the ADC, our Business Consultants collaborate closely with market units, focusing on business functionality and solution workflows. Their expertise ensures customized configuration and seamless deployment of SimCorp Dimension for our valued customers.

We are now looking for a Manager to join our ADC team in the Mexico branch. The role reports to the relevant ADC Service Line Director and provides leadership through influence on delivery standards, talent development, and initiatives that support the continued growth and scaling of the CDMX team.

In this multifaceted position, you will primarily oversee a team of approximately 15 consultants based in Mexico. As a leader, you will share knowledge, inspire, mentor, and coach team members to help them achieve their goals, objectives, and deliverables.

The remaining portion of your time will be dedicated to consultant responsibilities within project delivery. This includes contributing to the implementation of SimCorp Dimension through configuration, testing, documentation, and training activities. You will act as a consultant to our clients, effectively managing, coordinating, and escalating issues when needed.

You will collaborate closely with other ADC Leaders and operate under the overall guidance of ADC leadership.

YOUR SCOPE AS ADC MANAGER FOR CDMX:

  • Foster team engagement, cohesion, and a strong local culture within the CDMX ADC team.

  • Support local initiatives that strengthen collaboration, onboarding experience, and long-term retention.

  • Ensure performance readiness of CDMX consultants, ensuring clear understanding of role expectations, delivery standards, and quality benchmarks.

  • Support effective allocation of local resources across SimCorp projects to ensure reliable delivery and healthy utilization.

  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and ways of working, improving efficiency, quality, and predictability in alignment with SimCorp’s global delivery strategy.

  • Support the scaling of the CDMX Delivery Center, partnering with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and onboarding, contributing to talent development and retention.

  • Act as a local ambassador for ADC, supporting scaling efforts and representing CDMX in global forums.

YOUR ROLE AS A CONSULTANT WITH DOMAIN EXPERTISE

You act as a Consultant who applies deep domain expertise to design and deliver high‑quality solutions within one of our Service Lines (i.e., ADC Investment, Accounting & Operations, or Data Migration). You work closely with clients to understand their business processes, translate requirements into scalable solution designs, and ensure alignment with SimCorp Dimension best practices.

Your responsibilities include analysis, configuration or development, testing, documentation, and deployment activities, depending on the service line. You serve as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues, proactively managing issues and ensuring timely escalation when needed. You support continuous improvement by sharing expertise, identifying process efficiencies, and contributing to the evolution of global delivery standards. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor less‑experienced consultants, and help ensure consistent, predictable, and high‑quality outcomes across projects.
