The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions team is seeking an End User Support Services Manager 2 to support information system lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our Melbourne, FL location.

Note: Due to the classified nature of the work being performed, this position does not offer any virtual or telecommute working options. Applicants are encouraged to apply only if they are willing to work on-site.

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead Classified Solutions staff of PC desktop and Service desk technicians performing direct End User Support services and associated classified networks.

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for managers and new leaders.

  • Interact with internal key executives, CIDO Program Management Office and customers on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

  • Identify skills needed and provide training to meet requirements.

  • Work across disciplines to isolate issues between networks and applications.

  • Align support activities with business goals, managing performance metrics and adapting resources as needs change.

  • Implement tools and processes to make work visible and enable effective assignment and prioritization.

  • Produce clear written reports and deliver oral briefings for all internal stakeholders and external partners, keeping everyone informed of status, risks, and outcomes.

  • Interact, meet, discuss, and troubleshoot issues with vendors; evaluate vendor products, services, and suggestions.

  • Analyze and make recommendations to internal or external customer requirements and determine equipment and software requirements for solutions to problems.

  • Support customer programs and perform functional management duties based on business needs and performance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7 Years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR PhD with 2 years of relevant experience

  • Candidates must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance (at a minimum) to be considered  

  • Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Access Programs as a condition of continued employment  

  • Experience with Windows domains, including but not limited to Active Directory, GPOs, Policies, and permissions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph

  • ITIL, or Agile, or CISM, or CISSP certification

  • Meets U.S. Government 8140 requirements for a Manager Computer Systems Analysis 2

  • Experience and familiarity with IT infrastructure (i.e., virtualization, networking, datacenter architecture or systems administration)

  • Experience managing IT teams

  • Experience implementing RMF or other cybersecurity related compliance frameworks

Primary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
