Job Summary
This role is within our Network Expansion Operations team, supporting Finance, Construction, Government Affairs, Legal, and Regions. It involves managing vital project management operations and fulfills organizational objectives related to Subsidized Builds including Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD). It requires effective coordination with internal and external parties to ensure project success and adherence to business strategies. The role is crucial for creating project plans, adherence to contracts, and ensuring compliance while fostering collaboration.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with managers to define project implementation guidelines and resource allocation plans
- Managing key projects, reporting progress, tracking delays, and making necessary adjustments for success
- Responsible for ensuring all submissions are accurate, complete, and defensible. The Network Expansion Operations Team coordinates legal review and works with Government Affairs for state submission.
- Ensures Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) funds are properly tracked, documented, and reimbursed in alignment with executed agreements.
- Managing development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Adapting project management strategies to address operational challenges and resource constraints
- Providing subject matter guidance and developing performance standards for project management teams in the areas of finance and audit
- Ensuring compliance with project management standards and best practices across project teams
- Facilitating cross-functional team collaboration to enhance project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction
- Creation and management of quantitative performance metrics related to build progress and delivery.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Compensation
This job can be performed in Denver Campus with a Pay Range of $103,830.35 - $171,320.08
