Position Purpose: Manage the strategic planning, implementation and administration of compensation programs to ensure a competitive position in the marketplace.
- Manage the total compensation design function.
- Ensure alignment between compensation programs, compensation philosophy and business strategy.
- Act as a thought partner and provide compensation consultation to the People Team and business clients as it relates to compensation program design, strategy around candidate offers and solution solving for compensation related issues.
- Work and partner with leaders around short-term and variable incentive design.
- Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure compliance to state and federal regulations and law.
- Lead change management efforts in compensation programs or processes to ensure compliance to changing laws or regulations within necessary timeline.
- Drive change management to continuously evolve the compensation department in effective and scalable systems, processes and compensation program design.
- In Partnership with Communication, lead the strategy and development of communication material designed to provide employees, people leaders, and People Business Partners with timely and accurate information regarding compensation programs.
- Drive system implementation and upgrades for compensation related technical applications and resources.
- Build working relationships with vendors and ensure effective and efficient system databases.
- Lead team and clients through annual compensation cycles, ensuring smooth execution and managing within internal controls.
- Lead a team to ensure effective broad based compensation administration, job evaluations, FLSA reviews, survey participation, annual compensation cycles and internal and external candidate job offers.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field. 5+ years of human resources or compensation experience.
License/Certification: CCP preferred
Pay Range: $105,600.00 - $195,400.00 per year
