Manager, Communications & Social Media

What does a successful Manager, Communications & Social Media do at Fiserv?

As a successful Manager, Communications & Social Media, you will drive revenue through creation and execution of cardholder acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns supporting the Money Network (prepaid) portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, deploying and analyzing social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives, experience in overall campaign execution as well as a proven record of interacting and partnering with senior level key stakeholders and/or clients on a frequent basis.

What you will do:

  • Own and drive strategy for all Money Network cardholder communications and marketing programs, (mostly digital.)

  • Manage contract development with agencies to set and align expectations around the deliverables, standards, requirements, cost estimations, process and milestones

  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns, develop success metrics and monitor results of every marketing initiative for which they are responsible

  • Responsible for advertising, branding, product launches, acquisition/retention programs and associated ROI justification

  • Oversee digital marketing analytics/reporting for the portfolio, showing the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.

  • Work with vendors and internal creative services to develop marketing collateral. Knowledge of design programs and printing a plus.

  • Great project management skills to manage a complex large project or multiple small complex projects

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or similar field

  • 5+ years developing cardholder communications

  • 5+ years of professional digital marketing experience

  • 5+ years of developing traditional marketing campaigns

  • Strong leadership skills, ability to perform under pressure and optimize resources to attain business goals

  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups of people at all levels inside and outside the organization

  • Significant experience liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis

  • General knowledge of all aspects of Digital and Social Media, including social account management, paid media, email marketing, SEO/SEM and web standard methodologies

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, data, optimizations and reporting

  • Strong sense of design and layout across all platforms

  • 10-20% travel

What would be great to have:

  • Strong knowledge of WorkFront, Hootsuite, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Responsys and the latest marketing technologies desired

  • Passion for results and data-driven decision-making in the digital marketing field

  • Experience in the banking / financial industry a plus

  • Expertise with vendor selection and management preferred
