Overall Scope of Role:

• Reporting to the Associate Director, Sales Communications, serve as communications lead on day-to-day internal sales communications for Meals & Beverages and Snacks organizations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute communication initiatives.

• Ensure seamless experiences across all platforms, from email to presentations.

• Support and enhance major internal and external events with innovative communication strategies.

What you’ll do:

Communications:

• Work with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute communications initiatives

• Deliver consistent and seamless experiences across all audiences, from email to SharePoint to PowerPoint

• Support major internal and external events, including Sales Town Halls, customer meetings, and major sales events, including the National Sales Meeting

• Champion innovative practices, strategies, and technology to deliver impactful, actionable communications across all audiences

Technology:

• Manage day-to-day distribution of communications via email platforms

• Manage content production and governance on internal facing platforms, including SharePoint

• Leverage and master creative tools to deliver impactful communications and drive awareness, including video, animations, and graphics

• Drive user adoption to key platforms

• Create strong bridge between platforms (i.e., email to website, website to app)

• Identify new tools, platforms, and software to continuously enhance communications process and experience

Leadership:

• Champion best-in-class communications practices, strategy, and approach

• Drive change across all audiences

• Ensure key projects reflect best communications and engagement practices

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 6-8 Years of corporate communications or equivalent experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or other relevant

• Love of technology and everything about it, including experience working in Content Management Systems, Adobe Creative Suit, (Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat.), Canva, SharePoint. Familiarity with email marketing and distribution platforms a plus

• Strong eye for simplifying complex information

• Works quickly, under deadline, and always ready to jump into a new project

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$105,800-$152,100

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
