We’re looking for a storyteller with a marketer’s mind and a communicator’s heart; someone who can translate strategy into compelling narratives, build campaigns that inspire action, and bring creativity and clarity to everything they touch. This role spans across internal communications, and marketing, with ample room to build culture, shape perception, and make a tangible impact on how our people experience CBA every day.
Roles & Responsibilities: As part of the Marketing and Corporate Affairs team, you will:
· Design and execute end-to-end internal communication campaigns that inform, inspire, and align our people to CBA India’s purpose and growth journey.
· Create impactful, succinct, and visually engaging content from change stories and leadership messages to employee communications, infographics, FAQs, and intranet articles.
· Spot stories of innovation, customer advocacy, and culture and turn them into memorable campaigns.
· Manage and optimize communication platforms like Viva Engage, Viva Amplify, MS Teams, and SharePoint, ensuring consistent tone and brand alignment.
· Leverage design and technology – use graphic design, video creation, and AI-powered tools to elevate the quality and creativity of communications.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Business and Employee Resource Groups to design campaigns and engagement programs that drive a unified, inclusive culture.
· Measure and analyze communication effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and insights to continuously improve reach and impact.
Manage vendors and creative partners for communication and engagement initiatives.
Essential Skills: We’re looking for someone who blends creativity with strategy and storytelling with structure.
Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with the ability to simplify complexity and engage audiences.
Proven track record in developing and executing communication strategies for fast-paced, high-growth environments (GCCs or tech organizations preferred).
Hands-on experience with graphic design, video creation, and AI tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, ChatGPT, CoPilot etc.).
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem – Viva Engage, Viva Amplify, Teams and PowerPoint.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills; ability to influence, coach leaders, and work effectively across all levels.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse communication performance and adapt for impact.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Communications, Marketing, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
5–7 years of experience in Internal or Corporate Communications within Global Capability Centres (GCCs) or technology organizations.
Demonstrated experience in coaching leaders to communicate with authenticity and impact.
