What You Will Achieve

We are looking for an SAP Commercial Solutions Manager who will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge solutions in the SAP Sales Order Management (SAP-SD) area. This role typically involves leading a team, managing projects, collaborating with other teams within Digital and engaging with business stakeholders to understand priorities and business needs.

From enabling the Covid Vaccine supply chain, to cutting edge advancements in Order-to-Cash, this position will have the opportunity to make work easier and faster, play a role in supplying life-saving medicines to patients worldwide, and have a positive difference to countless lives.

SAP Commercial Solutions Manager role includes following responsibilities:

  • Gain expertise in Pfizer’s Sales Order Management Global model, develop ideas and lead projects to achieve business objectives

  • Conduct business requirements gathering meetings and workshops in an efficient and productive manner and documents minutes and requirements in a clear and concise way.

  • Design and deliver solutions for Continuous Improvement Enhancement Requests (ERs) that are robust, high quality, rigorously tested working both independently, and with contractor and colleague teams, as needed.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project sponsors at locations globally to ensure that they are informed about the status of in-flight projects, key milestones, risks, and issues encountered.

  • Ensure that customer expectations are met, and adequate customer training and change management has been accomplished, through delivery of services or projects.

  • Stay abreast of new technology trends and look for ways to apply next generation technologies such as AI and ML where applicable.

  • Lead weekly or bi-monthly team meetings and guide team members in delivering towards KPIs.

  • Act with integrity, diligence, strategic forward thinking to drive business value while ensuring internal procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • BS/MS Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or Engineering

  • 5+ years experience working on SAP Sales and Distribution module (including Logistics Execution).

  • In-depth knowledge of integration points between SAP SD and  GTS, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement and Quality modules

  • Excellent project management, leadership, and analytical skills

  • Ability to function effectively in a matrix model as well as team environment.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrate initiative, ownership, innovative mindset, and delivery-oriented values.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (including Teams)

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Relevant Pharmaceutical experience.

  • Experience with EDI Integration, E-invoicing, Fiori and BTP

  • Experience in working with SAP S/4 HANA, GTS, Logistics

  • Good understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies

  • Experience working with Jira and understanding of Agile framework

  • Certification in SAP SD or SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.
