Overview
The Channel Analyst – APAC plays a critical role in supporting the growth, performance, and effectiveness of Ethoca’s Asia Pacific partner ecosystem. Working closely with Sales and Account Management teams, this role provides analytical, operational, and commercial support across Ethoca’s acquiring, processor, and strategic partner network.
This position is ideal for a commercially minded analyst who enjoys working with data, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive insight-led decision making, improve partner outcomes, and support revenue growth across the region.

The Role
The Channel Analyst – APAC will support the day-to-day management and optimization of Ethoca’s APAC partner network by providing insights, analysis, reporting, and operational support to Sales and Account Management teams.
Key responsibilities include:

Support Sales and Account Management teams with partner-related analysis, reporting, and insights across the APAC region
Analyse partner performance, volumes, pricing, and commercial trends to identify risks, opportunities, and growth levers
Maintain accurate tracking of partner activity, pipeline, and performance metrics within Salesforce
Assist with partner onboarding, enablement, and go-live activities, including coordination of documentation and internal stakeholders
Produce ROI analyses, commercial models, and performance summaries to support partner discussions and renewals
Support the preparation of partner business reviews, presentations, and executive-ready materials
Act as a liaison between Sales, Account Management, Product, and Operations to help resolve partner issues and improve outcomes
Identify opportunities to improve channel processes, reporting, and data quality across the partner lifecycle
Conduct market, partner, and industry research to support strategic planning and partner prioritization
Support contract, pricing, and renewal processes by providing analytical and operational input
Maintain strong working knowledge of Ethoca products, partner use cases, and the broader payments, fraud, and chargeback landscape
Assist with ad-hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as required by regional leadership

Travel across the region may be required on an occasional basis (approximately 5–10%).

All About You
You are analytical, commercially curious, and comfortable working at the intersection of data, partnerships, and revenue teams. You enjoy turning information into insights and supporting teams to make better decisions.
You bring:

3–6+ years’ experience in an analytical, commercial, sales operations, or partner support role, ideally within fintech, payments, SaaS, or technology
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong attention to data accuracy and process discipline
Confidence working with sales and account management teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Comfort working cross-functionally and supporting partner-facing initiatives
Interest in payments, fraud, chargebacks, or financial services ecosystems
Experience supporting partner or channel-based business models is highly desirable
Ability to work independently while remaining closely aligned with broader regional objectives
