Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartner's mission-critical sales priorities and works with sales & services leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO team, you'll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartner's sales force, which delivers approximately $4.9B in annual revenue and is working to drive sustained double-digit growth. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support a global sales force comprised of more than 5,000 associates who sell to every major function, industry and market sector around the world.
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically proficient Manager of Product Operations to serve as the primary administrator and technical lead for our Pendo platform. Reporting to the Associate Director of Product Leadership, you will be the "daily driver" of Pendo, responsible for translating high-level strategy into functional workflows, guides, and data insights. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical setup, ensuring our Sales and Service teams have a seamless digital experience.
What You’ll Do:
Platform Administration: Manage the day-to-day health of Pendo, including tagging, high-fidelity guide creation, and maintaining the resource center.
Technical Implementation: Partner closely with IT and Tech teams to manage the Pendo snippet, troubleshoot installation issues, and ensure data flows correctly between Pendo and our CRM.
Workflow Documentation: Build and maintain internal playbooks, governance guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for how Pendo is used across the organization.
User Segmentation & Analysis: Build complex user segments based on Sales and Service behaviors; perform regular deep dives into usage data to identify where users are getting "stuck."
Process Optimization: Deeply immerse yourself in Sales and Service workflows to ensure in-app guides feel native to the user's actual daily tasks and departmental goals.
Tactical Execution: Support the Associate Director by transforming strategic initiatives into actionable project plans, tracking progress, and managing technical dependencies.
What you will need :
5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Technology.
Power-User Status: Deep, hands-on experience with Pendo (or a similar DAP like WalkMe) is preferred. Should be comfortable with advanced guide triggers and analytics.
Technical Literacy: Comfort working with IT teams; ability to speak their language regarding CSS selectors, HTML, and data integrations.
Domain Expertise: A strong understanding of Salesforce and the typical lifecycle of a Sales/Service professional.
Analytical Mindset: You enjoy digging into data to find the "why" behind user behavior and can translate those findings into clear reports.
Operational Rigor: You are someone who loves a clean workflow and a well-documented process.
Bachelor’s degree required.
What you will get :
Competitive salary, generous paid time off policy, charity match program, Group Medical Insurance, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and more!
Collaborative, team-oriented culture that embraces diversity
Professional development and unlimited growth opportunities
