Manulife

Manager, Change Enablement

Toronto, Ontario Full time

Manulife is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make decisions easier and lives better. Help shape the future you want to see — and discover that better can take you anywhere you want to go.

The Manager, Change Enablement leads the design and execution of adoption strategies that ensure Manulife Bank’s transformational programs - spanning digital, operational, and cultural domains - deliver measurable, lasting impact.

This role bridges enterprise strategy and human behavior, translating complex organizational initiatives into actionable plans that foster readiness, engagement, and sustained adoption. Accountable for embedding structured change-management practices within the Sales Enablement & Effectiveness function, the Manager anticipates resistance, mitigates risk, and ensures collaborators are informed, prepared, and motivated to evolve.

Working in close collaboration with Sales, Product, Technology, Compliance, and HR, this position governs readiness assessments, collaborator impact analyses, and reinforcement frameworks.

The incumbent acts as both strategist and practitioner: designing adoption playbooks, facilitating workshops, and coaching leaders to become active change champions. The role demands political acuity, data-driven insight, and a deep understanding of how culture and process intersect to drive performance.

Through disciplined leadership and influence, the Manager ensures every change initiative strengthens operational capability, advisor satisfaction, and the overall resilience of the sales organization.
